I think they&#039;re referring to getting on the FRG email list. It&#039;s not an official registry, but it will keep you updated with info. Your soldier has to put you on the list to be contacted during the deployment.]]></description>

I know there&#039;s a long road ahead and so many other people&#039;s posts are cliche to the point where I&#039;ve become insensitive to some of them! But I really appreciate your tips and sharing of your experiences - I will definitely be referring back to it whenever I feel down.  You are incredible brave and strong and I hope to make it through this with the same courage and finesse that you have :)]]></description>
