It’s definitely an adjustment, and the more help you have, the better it goes. Start now to seek local support from mom groups, library story time attendees, church groups, etc. Build your support system and lean on them as you transition to 2 kids solo. You can do this!

Pregnant and have a toddler. Husband has been forward deployed since August 2022 and won’t be back until August 2024 with occasional visit. So nervous about figuring out sleeping, feeding, doctors appts, general survival.
