Hmmm, I believe DoD allows service members to relocate ALL their storage items from one location to a new duty station with orders, but I’m not sure they will pick out boxes or items for you. Check with your local Transportation Offuce to get details on how to do that.

Our next PCS will be to another OCONUS location, but we need some of the furniture in storage sent to the new location. The State Department allows their personnel to pull out of storage specific Boxes and items, using the numbered List of Storage Items. Have you heard of any DOD member doing this? Thanks!

Possibly, but check first on your housing situation and whether the voltage/electrical will be compatible. Otherwise, you can put it in non-temporary storage and it will be shipped to your next duty station after the next PCS.
